Support Prefixes And Suffixes While Merging Chapters

Prefix

• "Chapter 1", "Chapter 2" should be merged to "Chapter 1 - 2"
• "Chapter 1", "Chapter 2", "Chapter 3" should be merged to "Chapter 1 - 3"

Suffix

• "1st Chapter", "2nd Chapter" should be merged to "1st - 2nd Chapter"
• "1st Chapter", "2nd Chapter", "3rd Chapter" should be merged to "1st - 3rd Chapter"

Preferences

• enable prefixes
• enable suffixes
• pattern (separated as well?)
