Session sync issues break interactivity #3

Description

@skeledrew

Hello. Continuing from this HN convo, I ran a more in-depth test and recorded my observations:

- Ran `claude --model haiku --effort low` in terminal.
- Sent "/rename shellular-test".
- Sent 'Say "Hello"' in terminal.
+ Session appeared in in CRC (Claude Remote Control in Android app) as "shellular-test".
+ Session appeared in Shlr (Shellular) as 'Say "Hello"'.
- Changed model to Haiku in Shlr.
+ I noticed it was set to Opus instead of the expected Haiku.
- Sent 'Say "Goodbye"' in Shlr.
+ Updated in Shlr, but not terminal nor CRC.
- Exited terminal and ran `claude --resume "shellular-test"`.
+ Full conversation available in terminal, and noticed a "/model opus" prompt that I never sent (followed by the "/model haiku" which I triggered).
+ Only the first prompt+response available in both CRC and Shlr.
+ Shlr now sees the session as "shellular-test".
- Sent "Testing" in CRC.
+ Live, synced update in terminal, model has been Haiku all through.
+ Nothing beyond the 1st prompt+response in Shlr, even though it reconnects each time I switch away from the app (also annoyingly resets from the session being viewed to the available devices selection screen), and the model is back on Opus.

I noticed after randomly checking the app again a few minutes later that Shlr had synced the other 2 turns, so it eventually resolves but with a delay of unknown length, which breaks the interactivity. Having to restart the terminal app to get the updates there is also an issue, as I tend to go back and forth between desktop and mobile on the same session. The unsolicited model switch is also a concern.
