Run more end-to-end benchmark

Benchmark/compare fstache with the compteritors end-to-end over the wire.

Goals:

• Figure out how much web servers like Starlette influence the performance
• Measure the overhead of the compression of the response
• Measure the difference of the bytes vs streaming response.
