[Proposal] Agent OPFS Browser should not have the access / edit right to entire ScriptCat OPFS

背景问题

It should be just for the Agent's OPFS. (e.g. root/agents/ )
other folders are reserved for the system use.

If the files or folders get modified or deleted, ScriptCat cannot be run.

具体方案

OPFS/agents only.

Or limit the modification access right so that read only for system resources.
