[Feature]: Support backup and restore settings

What do you think of the backup and restore feature?
so that I can copy settings that I have enabled in the app without manually activating them every time I change the phone or delete and reinstall the app.

It's already implemented but since I can't test this every update, it's in the developer options.

You can enable developer options by going into Essentials settings, about section and long press the profile picture there.

Keep in mind that these settings are experimental.

I tried backing up from phone to phone and it worked, but you must give permissions that the app In the target phone requests before restoring the backup.

Yes the permissions part is a hot weird as we can't force... Maybe I will look for a way to prompt the user instantly of all necessary permissions
