The current pepper version is 0.7.6 and only can be installed without issue by "pip3 install salt-pepper", on Ubuntu 18.03.
I want to learn more about python and salt-api by compiling pepper github.
so far the Makefile is very outdated.
Can someone please fixup the Makefile ?
