[Feature Request] Multiple Throw Configurations

Request:

• Allow for creating multiple throwing configurations based on different modifier keys.

Use Case:

• I love the throwing functionality! I want more of it!
• I'd love to be able to assign different keyboard combos to do various kinds of throwing:
  --- Window sizes/positions
  --- Stashing
  --- Next display
  --- Next space

This comes up from time to time. I had avoided this for a while to reduce complexity, but I think I'll be able to add it in a way that the additional complexity won't be an issue. It'll be a couple of releases out before I get to this.
