[Feature Request] Smart Resizing

Request:

• On Cursor Movement page, add a checkbox option for Move & Resize - "smart resizing".
• If checked, and the modifier keys are pressed, the window to be resized does so based on the location:
  --- If against an edge, it grows away from that edge
  --- If centered, it grows on all sides (depending on horizontal vs. vertical movement)

Use Case:

• I'd love to be able to quickly resize windows wherever they are. Current behavior only supports down/right resizing, but that's not helpful when the window is along the bottom or right edges, and is also not my preferred behavior when the window is not adjacen to an edge.

I'm getting ready to add the option for resizing depending on the corner closest to the cursor when beginning resize, and this is a good idea - I'll see if I can incorporate an option in this way.

It's worth noting that the resizing of corners other than bottom right is sort of wonky due to having to rely on the accessibility API for window resizing (this will be more apparent once I roll in more options here). I'm going to roll out a release this week and if it doesn't make it in I'll plan it for the following release.
