Losing marks on save

When I set a mark with vim and I save (with auto_format_on), the mark is lost. Marks cannot be used with rufo-vim.

I think I have a related issue - when I have folds opened and I save, it will format the file (yay!) but then I lose my designated open folds. The file is being reopened?
