Reposition Workbench as proprietary product: move off /open-source/ to /products/, rewrite around durable teams of native AI CLI agents

- New page products/blueprint-agentic-workbench.html: harness for durable teams of native CLI agents (Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity, Grok Build, Hermes, OpenCode); agents->teams->organization; identity-tagged agent-to-agent comms; native-CLI rationale (subscription economics, no CLI modification); collective memory; infra team-to-team example; GitHub-integrated, scheduler-based rhythm; availability = proprietary, not open source
- Old /open-source/ URL now a noindex redirect stub -> /products/
- Home Work link + sitemap updated; workbench logo asset moved out of assets/open-source/
