[feature] Support or workaround for working with VPN apps

Right now requable cannot work when other VPN apps are enabled. I tried both record mode and it doesn't work.

When using vpn, it logs the traffic through vpn

Only one VPN service can be enabled at a time, it is the system level limit.

What about rooted devices ? If i turn on vpn on desktop and connect mobile with requable, there's network issue
