kv-cli (Windows) - not found on path #23

Description

@ChrisArchitect

Hi there,

just trying to access my redis instance with the cli on Windows (cli 2.1.1 latest)...(pleased there's a Win ver avail, redis-cli is hard to come by without linux subsystem blah blah).
But when I access kv-cli, it just shows an error message "valkey-cli or redis-cli not found on path".

Is that correct or can I not access it on a free Render instance? Just trying to do some basic maintenance here. Am I supposed to have redis-cli seperately built on that path? Because that would be news to me and defeat the purpose of using the Render Cli. :\

Thanks for any insights
