Test patch operations with filters

When https://github.com/python-scim/scim2-models/issues/17 is implemented, when filter support is advertised by `ServiceProviderConfig`, scim2_tester should test 
- basic patch operations on multiple complex attributes sub-attributes
- all the different filter operations
- filter error cases
