Completion showing increase equal total if only one commit exists

Languages normally show "total % (+ increased %)", but Ukrainian always shows the same value for both total and increased.

Brazilian Portuguese is showing too now but I don't this often, differently from Ukrainian.

Is it because of the branch bump, this behaviour seems to coincide? This happened with the Russian translation when they changed the version. Though other translations like Polish are unaffected.

The code is checking out a commit from 30 days ago from the main (usually 3.14) branch. If there is no such commit, it checkouts later one. I think it checked out na initial, empty, commit for pt-br and uk.

pl repo creates a new version branch from head of previous one, so it wasn't affected.

Now a month passed after the new version release, so the pt-br and uk look better now (the issue is gone).

To improve the logic, for case of teams that don't have a continuity of history on a version release, we could recognize an empty commit after trying to jump the month back and change a branch (now it would be 3.13).
