Update sqalchemy to 2.0

marks this dependency EOL

I was made aware of that by NixOS/nixpkgs#541099 since I am one of the maintainers of the pyfa nix package

I have not made any assesment of how big of a change it is, but it does not seem to be a drop in replacement, since I tried that

I will look into it, hopefully prior to next release. Yes, migration might be not easy.
