Regarding the issue of unrecognized regions in dual-phase identification, which results in a disorganized overall phase map and inconsistent orientation, how can this problem be solved? #741

First of all, I would like to sincerely thank the developers of py4dstem for providing such an excellent tool that greatly facilitates the processing of 4D-STEM data. However, during my usage, I encountered two issues and would appreciate some guidance:

1.In some regions of the acquired dataset, the diffraction spots appear blurred, resulting in a poor-quality phase map. Would increasing the number of orientation planes (e.g., from 700 to 1500) help improve the results?

2.For regions that are misindexed or incorrectly identified, how can they be handled? Is there a way to clean them up or set them to zero (i.e., treat them as invalid)? The dual-phase analysis code I am using references the 2023 paper by Clophus et al., “Peak finding for ACOM - Ti550” (DOI: https://doi.org/10.1111/jmi.13275).
