[Bug]: Draft is not working on legacy sidebar

Steps to reproduce

1. Switch to legacy sidebar
2. Start a new chat and write something
3. Go to some other session
4. Back to the chat and previous "draft" disappear
5. Switch back to new sidebar, the draft appears

If you use the legacy sidebar (like me) and start a bunch of new chats, the V2 Sidebar get polluted

Expected behavior

The draft needs a ui for people using the legacy sidebar (which I prefer for example)

Actual behavior

The draft is not working on the legacy sidebar and can impact on the new sidebar
