[Bug]: Changing providers

Steps to reproduce

1. Select a specific chat
2. Select a model from a provider from a model such as Claude, Cursor, Codex, Opencode.
3. Disable the provider selected in the settings menu
4. Try to change AI models in the chat.

Expected behavior

It should show the providers that is enabled.

Actual behavior

The model change shows up as blank
