As a release manager, I upload new releases to https://downloads.php.net/~daniels/ for RC builds (Tuesdays), update https://www.php.net/pre-release-builds.php for new release candidates (Thursdays), and announce new actual releases on various other pages (front page, change log, etc.) (Thursdays)
There should be a way for me to manually trigger a purge on those pages so that things show up without needing cache busting parameters like https://www.php.net/pre-release-builds.php?release=8.5.8RC1
