Eauth-docker image not available for ARMv7 32-Bit / not possible to run eauth-container on docker with raspberry pi

• for us its currently low priority but we tried to set up cheap-effortable pkc instances for home-deployments based on raspberry
• we use pi (Version 4+)

Workaround: Manuel install into the OS.

Totally not a problem. https://hub.docker.com/_/node has arm32v7. This just requires @hung-pelith to build it with arm32v7 on Dockerhub. #39 needs to be addressed first.
