Update PF version in react seed app

[patternfly-jira-sync]

Update main branch, AI-enabled branch, and Compass branch of seed app

They should all be using the latest versions of PF (post 6.5 release)
They should be using our new components, features, background images correctly.

Each branch should also be evaluated that it’s AI guidance is up to date (incorporating PatternFly MCP configuration correctly, etc)
