Integrate patternfly cli into an AI first IDE.

Based off usability testing it would be preferred if a user could use patternfly cli via AI based IDE such as cursor, using skills. Commands that should be surfaced in skills are:

• Add AI skill to create a new prototype #29

• A skill to sync all local updates to github. #30

• Allow a user to deploy to github using a skill #32
