"By room" tab: room icons push item list off screen, no way to scroll down

What happened?

In the "By room" tab, there are lot of room icons to filter from. Below these icons are labels for filtering. And below that is the actual list of items.
The problem is that only the actual item list container is scrollable but it gets pushed down so much that it goes out of view of the visible area and then there's no way to reach it except when u zoom out.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open your project scene.
2. Go to "By room" tab on the left sidebar
3. Notice the room icons and try scrolling down to the actual item list - nothing happens.

Expected behavior

The entire tab being scrollable
