Issue: File not found

Hello, could someone please help me?
I'm encountering an issue with my code. I entered 'postgres' as the password, but the system seems unable to locate the postgres file. Any insights or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You are trying to open the file postgres, as specified between -W and -H. -W does not take parameters, it just forces a password prompt.
