I find it a little jarring that when adding new subtags, they do not auto re-order until I reload the page. I know we went back and forth on this in the UI and it was intentional to keep the newest tags at the top of the table. But for subtags, it's weird to see them not reordered. I wonder if an easy fix would be to add some text to the toast: Subtag successfully added. Reload page to reorder. (Or something similar.) Or alternatively, what would it take to reorder subtags on clicking save? (I know the trade-off there is new subtags getting lost in long lists of subtags. Maybe text in the toast notification is the easiest way to go for now.)
