IDM_ADMIN_PASSWORD_FILE options in docker compose

Hi i have successfully install opencloud on my own machine.

I installed it by directly modifying the environment variables values ​​inside the docker-compose without using the .env file but I found in my opinion a small lack, that is the possibility to use IDM_ADMIN_PASSWORD_FILE instead of IDM_ADMIN_PASSWORD so you can use for example a docker secrets or a text file with the password

It seems to me, though, that this kind of change belongs in the server repo, doesn't it? I mean, sure, you could come up with some kind of hacky solution in the compose file, but I think I'd move the issue there and add server-side support via a pull request.
