bug: LLM commit message generation fails with "Could not generate a commit message"

Hello,

I discovered a bug where the feature to automatically generate a commit message using the LLM is not working. When attempting to commit changes through the web interface, the system displays the error "Could not generate a commit message".

Steps to reproduce:
2. Navigate to the Changes tab
3. Select changed files
4. Use the "Generate commit message" button
5. Error is displayed "Could not generate a commit message"
