A number of minor improvements to the leaderboard likes page. Slightly more flexibility for missing/existing fields and various style consistency and responsiveness fixes
Please pay attention to the text case (within our titles and subtitles, we only use lower case or UPPER CASE). I also made a special size for 600-1024 since there is a specific group in the header. Otherwise, everything is pretty standard
