No translator provided

I user Translated Routes in my App.
If i intsall zf-debug.-utils i become this Fatal error.

"Zend\Mvc\Router\Exception\RuntimeException: No translator provided in.."

Hi @flod1. Which steps are required in order to reproduce this? Which packages and config need to be installed/set? Thank you.
