Add ENV VAR for httpRoot

Please consider adding env var for httpRoot,

I am deploying on kubernetes behind ingress/proxy. If there was a ENV var for httpRoot it could be added to the nodeRed deployment without having to load a custom settings file

Thanks for raising this, but as described in the template you removed when opening the issue we prefer that questions and feature requests should be raised on the Node-RED forum or in the Slack team.

This allows things to be discussed with the whole community not just the core maintainers.
