Currently, when a file upload fails, there is no option to retry the upload. This is especially inconvenient for voice messages, as the user has to record the message again instead of simply retrying the failed upload.
Describe the solution you'd like
If issue #2375 is resolved, a "Retry upload" option could be added to the menu that appears when tapping the failed message.
If issue #2375 cannot be resolved, a similar retry button could instead be added to the upload error notification.
Describe alternatives you've considered
The user can always record the voice message again or select the media file again. Alternatively, they may simply decide not to send it.
