Describe the bug
Any model of ChatGPT cannot be used due to a strange error.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open SillyTavern or https://chat.neuroapi.host
2. Connect to any model.
3. Type in any text and send it.
4. See the error.

Expected behavior
An AI actually giving a response instead of throwing an error.
