[Improvement] Remove gray box behind profile picture and correct header in settings

• When scrolling down on some profiles, you can see a gray box behind the profile picture, which looks bad. I suggest removing it:

• The header in settings is not the same as when you enter a profile and see a gray bar when you swipe. I suggest that the header be the same as the others that are inside the profiles:
