Implement support for the following targets:

  • TYPE
  • CONSTRUCTOR
  • METHOD
  • PARAMETER

Add conditional constraint to annotations:

  • org.hibernate.validator.constraints.ParameterScriptAssert
  • org.hibernate.validator.constraints.ScriptAssert
