Running Python file with closed terminal results in terminal output being cut off

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select an interpreter and close all terminals.
2. Run a Python file.
3. 🐛 The terminal opens too late and some of the output gets cut off.

1. Do you see difference in behavior when you uninstall Python environment extension and/or add "python.useEnvironmentsExtension": false,
2. Are you able to reproduce this if you have a terminal already opened, and click run python file?

When I set "python.useEnvironmentsExtension": false, I see more of the output, but there are also more errors.

Unable to repro after upgrading from conda 24.11.3 to conda 25.7.0.
