`cd` command often execute after `python` in SSH session

Behaviour

With python.terminal.executeInFileDir enabled and in a remote SSH session, the cd to/dir command often execute after python file.py, especially runs python file more than once in the same terminal.

Doesn't seem to happen in a local session.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch a remote SSH session
2. Activate any Python environment below version 3.13
3. Open any .py file
4. Click Run Python File more than once
5. See cd command comes after python command

While reproducing the issue, I discovered that it only occurs with interpreter versions earlier than 3.13. The system-wide Python installation is also impacted.

3.13.* works just fine.

The same problem: cd command comes after python command in a wsl remote session. It influences the python relative path.
Instead cd command comes before python command in a local session.
