command prompt not have python PATH

when I open command prompt, can not see python path

but the environmental contribution has the python path

I followed the instructions in issue #25291. However, when using a Python interpreter that is not Anaconda, the terminal still fails to activate the Python environment. Additionally, the Terminal Environment Contributions section doesn't even show the default interpreter.

Hi! What version of VS Code are you using? Are you using insiders? What is your version of the python and python environments extension? This can also help me determine where the problem could be coming from. Thanks!
