Testing

• Open a folder containing a clone of a GitHub repo
• Create a branch
• Make some changes
• In Chat, ask that the agent create a PR for you.
  • If it tries to use the GitHub MCP, disable it for the remainder of the test
• Verify that it uses the create PR tool
• Verify that a PR is created
