RAM memory growing usage during run

Hi, I had this issue on this extension. It just started to grow and it became so big that my browser started crashing and then I observed that this extension is a problem.

• OS and version: Linux x64 6.17.0-19

Steps to reproduce:
Just run extension and see raising RAM usage, I observed it until it went to 27GB of RAM usage

@oxfrd Which process is using the RAM? We've received other reports of this which are caused by VS Code itself from some Copilot-related functionality. It would only be our bug if the cpptools or cpptools-srv process were using the memory, since our extension host process generally does not implement any functionality which could consume memory like this (even if disabling our extension may stop it from reproing, i.e. due to binary/database files that aren't created, etc.).

@oxfrd Yes, cpptools is our extension process. Do you have any more repro info, such as what could be triggering it? We released a 1.31.3 update, but I'm guessing it's not fixed with that. What is the simplest repro folder which it occurs with? When you set C_Cpp.loggingLevel to "Debug" what do you see in the C/C++ logging pane when the memory is accumulating? How fast the does memory accumulate to many GB?

It looks like with 1.31.3 version something has changed, no RAM accumulating. Nothing changed in my setup, except of reaching limit of copilot requests, maybe this tool could do something under the hood with cpp tool extension. It will renew from April so I could confirm if with active copilot its still not accumulating.

Problem still occurs, I disabled GitHub copilot extension for tests but it didnt change anything memory is accumulating in 1GB per 10 secs about. About the logs, nothing is spamming anything, they looks normal. Sorry for polish i dont know why its not logging in english. Actually installed version is 1.31.4
