Recent Application and Container Exit Event Reasons timeline fails to render properly after switching between utc time and local time

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
The elements on the timeline are properly labeled

Then, click on the UTC time toggle
the texts are now missing

disabling UTC time at this point does not fix it
