With the PR- #2828, we have removed the support for OpenCensus in this repository and replaced it with OpenTelemetry. With this change, we have deprecated pkg/octtrpc as well.
This Issue is for tracking the removal of this public package in release v0.14.3.
This is also a reminder for anyone using that package to use github.com/containerd/otelttrpc instead.
