Extend .gitignore file of mendix project

When mxcli files are initialized on a Mendix project, all these files are commited to the repository.
For most of my use cases nowadays, we don't want to ship these files to the production env and also to other developers.
It would be nice to have by default these files excluded, or a flag at the init command to do this.

This is an enhancement, not a bug.
It is appliciable to every Mendix and MxCLI version.
