Unable to get local issuer certificate

Facing issue during widget generator. Filled in all required details to build a Mendix widget but faced an error.
Attaching a screenshot for better understanding. Kindly tell me what I am missing.

Dist folder is not created by the Mendix generator which contains the widget mpk.
