Push release notes to release description

Just released v0.7. The release was created but the description contained the last commit message, not the contents of changelog.md. I pasted the content manually.

You had suggested adding this to the YAML file:

body_path: ./CHANGELOG.md

Once this is working, it is possible to make the releases immutable.
