GenericAgent already supports first-class OpenAI-compatible provider presets through the native_oai boundary. I propose adding an Atlas Cloud preset with its API base URL and a small curated model list, plus focused tests for the preset and /models discovery path.
Scope: provider wizard code/tests only; no runtime abstraction, dependency, or README changes.
