bugs in reference documentation rendering

When I look at pages like: https://loopback.io/doc/en/lb4/apidocs.index.html
I see thinks like:

[@loopback/authentication](/doc/en/lb4/apidocs.authentication.html) 

and this sure looks like it's markdown that was trying to link to doc/en/lb4/apidocs.authentication.html, but did not get interpreted correctly. I plug that into the location bar, and yeah, I get there.
Just annoying.

I believe loopbackio/loopback.io#2028 was supposed to fix this a while ago. Will need to dig into what's going on.

yes, need to dig into it further. I was looking at it, and was able to get my local version running.
