Creating tables + tests

Awesome work, I was wondering if there is support for creating tables? I can see the code, but i am unsure because there isn't an example in documentation and/or tests file.

Also check the end of the file, there is a complete example commented out code.

It's not documented because ideally I would like createTable to automatically adjust existing tables but that requires more operations. It may be simpler to handle tables using external software like Beekeeper Studio or MySQL Workbench.

As there is no tests yet, createTable could have an edge case with unintended behaviour. When I have time I'll add tests for it.
