Update cxx_impl with the tray bounds multi-display fix

Advances the submodule to upstream e9e97a3: TrayIcon::GetBounds() now
flips y against the primary screen via NSRectExt::topLeft() instead of
[NSScreen mainScreen], converts button.bounds rather than button.frame,
and returns a zero rect when the status bar button has no window yet.
Fixes tray-anchored windows jumping to the wrong display on
multi-monitor setups.
