Placeholders not resolved

Hey,
when I use a a custom field, I do not get the resolved value or a placeholder as i would get with KeePass app.
Customfield value: "cn={username},ou=some_container,o=some_org"
Expected value: "cn=some_user,ou=some_container,o=some_org"
I am using a KeePass 2.52, database is freshly created with this version, pykeepass 4.0.3 on python 3.9.7

Do I do something wrong?
