Unstable - Settings > Storage - Double scrollbar

Observed behavior

When I go to Settings > Storage I can see a double scrollbar likely caused by the addition of the 'Upgrade storage now' form.

Expected behavior

No double scroll bar.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Sign in to Studio at Unstable
2. Go to Settings > Storage

Usage Details

• Studio Unstable (unstable to hotfixes, Q1 major release #5750)
• OS: Windows 11
• Browser: Chrome, Firefox
